Very Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my experience with New Movement Company was very disappointing. I move a one bedroom apartment with no packing needed. The movers spent a significant amount of time downstairs arguing with homeless individuals and the security guard. Every time they came back upstairs to pick up more boxes, they seemed frustrated and uptight, and I was left wondering why the process was taking so long.
I was ultimately charged for several hours, most of which seemed to be spent simply loading the truck from my apartment. In contrast, the unloading process went extremely quickly, which made the amount of time spent loading even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, some of my furniture was chipped and scratched during the move. Moving is already stressful and expensive, and I expected a much more professional and efficient experience.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would have a hard time recommending this company based on my experience.

I had an amazing experience with Move Me Honolulu! From my first call to get a quote to the moment the movers arrived, everyone was professional and helpful.
During my years in the military, the government always handled my moves, so I was a little anxious about hiring movers on my own. I worried that the crew might drag out the time or that my belongings wouldn’t be packed and protected properly. Move Me Honolulu put all those fears to rest!
They wrapped and protected everything so well for a move that was only two miles away. Y’all, my stuff was treated like royalty!! 😂 They even moved my dressers with the clothes still inside, so I didn’t have nearly as much to pack.
The crew arrived with all the proper equipment, worked quickly, and handled my belongings with care. You can tell the owner cares about the safety and well-being of his workers while also making sure his customers’ property is protected.
Their rates are affordable, and they were right on time! Make sure you are READY when they arrive because they are not playing around! 😊🤙🏾 I highly recommend Move Me Honolulu and would definitely use them again!

James, David and Scott were efficient and did a great job ensuring my furniture was protected and transported safely. They were professional and friendly and very easy to work with. They even offered to help check to see if the bed transported would fit in the bed frame already there and when it didn’t they kindly took the bed frame apart. Great job and thank you!

Super Job, strong young men, polite and careful with our furniture and belongings. On time, worked hard, finished early! I have use You Move Me before in other places and they have consistently meet and exceeded my expectations. The Honolulu crew we had this week - James, Jordan, and Craig, were excellent. Thanks for making the move an outstanding experience for us all! Mahalo!

I’ve used You Move Me three times now for business-related moves, and they continue to exceed expectations.
Kai was fantastic throughout the scheduling process. Communication was excellent, he was responsive to changes, and he made everything easy from start to finish.
On moving day, James and his crew were outstanding. James was professional, accommodating, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything went smoothly. The team handled our items with care and worked efficiently throughout the move.
One thing I especially appreciated was that the final cost came in under the original estimate, which is always a pleasant surprise.
Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend You Move Me and will continue to use them for future business needs. Mahalo to Kai, James, and the entire team for another great experience!
