Back on 11/30/2025, I reached out to You Move Me Honolulu by e-mail to get a quote. Their customer service team responded the next day with such promptness by phone and even e-mail, which included an estimate and breakdown of the costs: labor, moving equipment/services, etc. I really appreciated how the operations manager, Caius, kept me in the loop with what to expect and having all my questions and concerns with the moving process answered.
When it finally came to the day of the move on 12/19/2025, the movers, Jordan and Logan, were very professional and respectful. Needless to say, they did a phenomenal job when handling all items that I needed moved from the garage and bedroom; especially when it came to having said items moved up 19 steps before entering the new home. Jordan and Logan were very courteous to address any preferences I had with regard to where items should be placed. They even placed moving blankets on the floor (from the front door to the living room) before bring up all the items.
Special thanks to everyone at You Move Me Honolulu for making my first local moving experience a simple and very easy transition! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing help with moving.

I recently had the pleasure of working with "You Move Me Honolulu" to help my parents move on-island this past weekend, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the start, their customer service was outstanding, working with me virtually on a budget and explaining all the logistics. They scheduled a separate pack day before the move, which took a lot of stress off my parents and our family. The movers were so efficient, hardworking, happy, respectful and had a great sense of humor, making what could have been a stressful weekend much more enjoyable and stress-free for my parents.
My parents were moving into a smaller property with limited storage space. The movers gladly helped move at least 30 bins into a small storage space, and much more up a few flights of stairs! One mover even went above and beyond by not letting my mom carry heavy bins and boxes that she wanted to, ensuring her safety and well-being.
Additionally, the invoicing process was quick and handled right after the move, with charges based only on the actual time incurred versus their estimate, avoiding any lag and seamlessly managing the weekend. The cost was reasonable too, especially with how much stuff we had to move!
I highly recommend "You Move Me Honolulu" for anyone looking for a reliable and caring moving service. Special shout-out to Jolie, Cauis, crew lead Ty, and his crew!! Thank you for making this move a positive experience for my parents and our family!

I Needed a 200 lb massage chair picked up and delivered to my home. Jordon and Logan were very professional and did an excellent job. They had to carry the chair up 17 steps before entering my home. I would highly recommend their services.

They were really great!! From first phone call, quick and easy quote, clear communication and instructions. Next day service, not only on time but gave a 30 minute notice of arrival. Movers were very pleasant, professional, kind and strong, made it look easy and were really fast. They even moved furniture to get the large item out and moved it all back for me easily. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for better. Mahalo much to all of you!! You have a great team!

I recently moved into my new condo and hired You Move Me to assist with the relocation. They sent a team of four movers, and I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and warmth throughout the entire process.
Not only were they incredibly efficient—finishing the job in just 2 hours and 45 minutes instead of the originally estimated 3 hours, which meant I ended up paying less—but they were also exceptionally caring and kind. Each team member handled my belongings with great attention and made sure everything was moved safely and thoughtfully. Their positive attitude made the whole experience much less stressful.
