Our service provider, Ricky Mercado, did a great job and provided some much-needed insight on how to prevent potential future backups. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me options on how to correct the backup situation. He had a cheerful disposition despite having to service us in the evening - after closing. Based on the level of service Ricky provided, I would recommend Steve's Plumbing & A/C Services to anyone in need of an honest plumber. Great job.

First off I'd like to apologize to the plumber Jeremy G. who came to do a job at my residence. A family member came home, and we didn't notify them of work being done, and they behaved in a poor manner towards the plumber.
We requested the aid of Steve's plumbing to take a look at a leak in our bathroom. Jeremy came and assessed the situation. There was already multiple problems with the job, we didn't know where our main water shut off was, and he was able to find it. The pipes were old and bad throughout the house, and he suggested to do an overhaul.
He took care of the leak, added easy access to the main water valve, chaged out all the water shut offs under the kitchen sinks, in both bathrooms, under the sink, and behind the toilet. And fixed the leak in the tub, and converted 3 knobs into one.
I couldn't even use the bathroom cold water in the sink, and he fixed that. The pipes in the master bath sink blew and flooded the room a few months back, and he fixed that. And he conducted it professionally even under the poor working conditions he was placed in, all in a 6-8 hour period.
Once again I'd like to apologize to Jeremy, and Steve's plumbing on behalf of my family. And also I'd like to thank the dispatcher who helped me with this job. If we ever need another plumbing job, I would like to use Steve's Plumbing, and Jeremy G. If I ever need another plumbing job, but I would completely understand if they didn't accept the request.

Service Tech Sunny Silva did an amazing job. For both the quality of the service received to complete the job, but also the customer service we received directly, hands down, one of the best techs out there. Sunny was originally dispatched for what was assumed would be a simple job, but ended up turning into a more labor intensive job. Nonetheless, he powered through and made sure the job was 100% taken care of. He’s a hard worker who is passionate about the quality of work produced and we were so happy to have someone with such aloha as our tech. He was incredibly thorough in ensuring our needs were met job wise, but also took the time to explain the process. His thoroughness was showcased through explaining to us a breakdown of what he was doing via pictures, actual material that was stuck in our pipes, explanations, and even took videos to show us once the job was completed. Definitely got lifetime customers with our family.

Making an appointment was quick and easy, plumber technician Landry Sua came out and I briefed him on the issue and he went to work right away.
He assessed the problem and was willing to get it done. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!
