Cory B. came out for a scheduled appointment to add new washer hot/cold shutoff valves. Before leaving, I asked his opinion on my 20-yr old water heater. He gave me his professional opinion and he installed a new water heater the same day. Yes, the x2 plumbing issues were expensive, but Cory was able to provide a cost analysis prior to any work being done. Had an emergency call at our rental unit on Saturday morning with clogged shower drains in 2 bathrooms and when the toilets were flushed, water came up through the shower drains. I googled for a plumber and Steve’s Plumbing came up. Dispatch said they can send someone over between 5p-7p. However they said the plumber will more than likely come earlier. Santiago came a few hours earlier (thank goodness) and checked both bathrooms and the clean-out valve. Luckily he didn’t have to snake the lines as it was probably hair clogs that eventually cleared itself. Santiago called me and was genuine and honest. He gave us some options but in the end, we declined additional service as water was draining properly with no imminent flooding anymore. He didn’t charge for his visit as the lines were clear when he got there (of course this happens when the professionals show up). I was so grateful for his honesty as nowadays, who can you trust? Steve’s Plumbing is highly appreciated and they gained a new customer because of Santiago’s honesty and integrity in what he does. I highly recommend if you are looking for a company you can rely on especially on the weekends!!

Anthony came within an hour of my call about a water leak and quickly determined the cause after a thorough inspection around the interior and exterior of the affected area. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and also connected me with a clean-up and flooring company to start the process of replacing the damaged areas. The cost was also very reasonable considering it was late in the afternoon. Highly recommend him and Steve’s plumbing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Yee from Steve’s Plumbing Service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Paul was diligent, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice throughout the entire process.
He replaced my kitchen sink faucet, fixed a leaking basket strainer, and installed a missing P-trap. In addition to the kitchen work, he also replaced two bathroom shower faucets and installed a new fill valve for the toilet. Paul went the extra mile to restore proper water flow in the bathtub, which had been draining very slowly for some time.
Paul clearly takes pride in his work and stands behind it, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. Great service all around!

Ryan came out to my home yesterday to check on my AC, and I have to say—he was phenomenal. He didn’t rush through the appointment and took his time explaining everything to me. You could tell right away that he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about doing right by the customer.
There were definitely opportunities where he could’ve upsold me or quoted unnecessary repairs, but he didn’t. Instead, he called the office to double-check discounts and explore every option to help me out. That level of honesty and integrity isn’t something you see often.
Even though the reality is my AC unit is outdated, Ryan didn’t just drop that bomb and walk away—he broke it down in a way I could understand. That right there earned my business for good.
From one disabled veteran to another: Ryan and this company are a GO-TO. Salute.
