RHM provided a great pack out for when I was moving off island. I also shipped a motorcycle, but it was damaged in transit due to not being properly strapped down. Ratchet straps were tied off, and not ratcheted down. There were no ratchet straps on the handle bars and there wasn’t much material to hold it steady. The mirror was busted off, and now may have a drive train issue due to resting on the drive train cover. I took the pictures immediately after the the crate was opened.

Royal Hawaiian Movers have been working to resolve the problem. They have been more than helpful, and very transparent with their process. Great staff to assist, and very understanding. The customer service and professionalism is outstanding!

Royal Hawaiian did a great job packing up our home! The whole moving team was respectful and courteous. They showed plenty of care for our things/home, while still being extremely efficient. Overall it was a very thorough job and a pleasant experience for us!

Royal Hawaiian did a great job during pack up. They were so happy that we had done the prep work to isolated what wasn't going and what was. They wrapped and packed all of our items very well. On one of our unique items they listened to how the previous packers did it and addressed it with the concern & care that was necessary. Lawrence, Jesus, and Namuasua from Royal Hawaiian Movers did a great job and I hope this gets them recognized. My family really appreciates your effort and care for our items. Thank you for making our arrival and departure from Oahu a good experience

We used Royal Hawaiian movers to move from California to Honolulu in June 2025. They connected us with a local mover in California that was excellent, and then took care of everything on this side of the move. We had to store our belongings for a couple months, and that was not an issue and not expensive. The team moving in was excellent and very efficient. Communication with the front office during the entire process was very good. I would recommend them for any move.
