Zach did a wonderful job fixing our water valve leak. He was at my home less than an hour after I initially called. He took a look, replaced the parts, and even added a little door for easy access in the future so we don’t have to pay for a drywall fix. I thought it was such a great idea. He did a great job and roto rooter charged far less than the first company that quoted me. This is the second time roto rooter came through for me and I will definitely use them again

Very timely response when I scheduled online. Dayne, the technician, was prompt in arriving. He assessed the issue regarding the clog of 2 toilets. He clearly explained what he would do and provided me the cost before proceeding. He is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I do think the prices are on the higher side. Thankfully, they had a promotion where I could get $55 off the bill if I donated non- perishable items to their Giving Thanks Food Drive.

We had issues with our bathroom and toilet drain and were in need of emergency plumbing. After searching for available plumbing services nearby, we came across Roto Rooter. The phone operator was super helpful and able to schedule us a visit in the next 2 hours which was very convenient given the busy holiday season.

Of all the days in the year to have a plugged shower drain, New Years Eve was my nightmare. I bought the Kleen Drain with CO2 cartridge plunger which made the clog worse. So I bought the Rigid EZ snake and snaked the drain with no success. So I called two local plumbing companies who told me they were booked today but had appointment availabilities on January 2. What da hell!?! I needed a plumber NOW. I guess thatʻs what commonly happens on New Years Eve. Fortunately not with Roto Rooter. A plumber came out to my location, listened to the information I provided him, assessed the clog, gave me a reasonable price (with a senior, nice old lady, discount) and he cleared my stubborn clog. The next day, I received a follow-up service text to see if my drain remained clear and I texted, “Yes.” Roto Rooterʻs Customer Service and plumbing service was excellent. They made my New Year Great!

Thank Dayne and thank you Roto Rooer. My toilet backed up and flooded my bathroom. Roto Rooter was able to get it diagnosed and fixed in a day. I am so thankful and would definitely recommend. Dayne is the best and I appreciate you explaining everything to me and doing such a great job.
