The good news: Yet another great experience with Roto-Rooter! Dispatch sent out David this time, and we couldn't have asked for a more thorough, honest, and personable technician. Once the problem was diagnosed, he clearly explained what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable estimate for service. He talked us through each step and was careful with our old plumbing. Also, it was great chatting with this really nice young man! In the end, no high pressure add-on charges, no surprise fees, and no shock when given the final balance for services like the what we've experienced with another highly visible emergency plumbing service. From now on, we're calling Roto-Rooter for all of our plumbing needs.

So thankful for our Roto-Rooter team Kaimana & Amaree (I apologize if I got the names wrong!) for coming at such short notice the morning of our septic leak & working hard to help clear the drain. Also extra thanks to Carlos for doing his absolute best to try to advocate for us against our landlord! As a single mother I appreciate anyone & everyone who does & speaks up for us! You three have made our experience dealing with Roto-Rooter so easy & I took comfort in knowing that our problems were in the hands of such kind experts! Mahalo!

New home owner, I called Roto-Rooter to get a quote on a plumbing issue. Pita Hiko was dispatched to my home within 2 hours. Customer service was excellent and efficient on the phone. Pita was extremely professional and had outstanding knowledge of the situation. He took the time to explain things to me as he went through the assessment. He stayed until he was sure of his assessment. He was extremely personable, helpful, and diligent. Great service overall and definitely a trustworthy company.

The technician was on time and gave us a pre-call He was very personable and explained everything to me. He tried a number of different avenues as fast as where the toilet was stuck. He was able to figure out where it was plugged up . Had he not taken the initiate we would have lost another day. This is not my first experience using Roto Rooter and I can honestly say that on both occasions they performed admirably. He was very professional and for plumbing I will never use any other company. One call does it all. You will not be disappointed
