Appointment scheduling was so easy online and the fact that they continuously followed through with phone calls throughout the morning letting me know estimated time of technician’s arrival. Our technician Dayne did such an amazing job! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the scope of work and executed the service quickly but efficiently! He was mindful of cleaning up the tub and made sure no mess/debris left behind. He provided first class customer service! Thank you for providing excellent service from start to finish! Definitely will call again for any future plumbing issues!

Our technician, Joe, is the best. He assisted us with the assessment and removal of our broken water heater, as well as the installation of our new unit and updating the connections. The installation was flawless and his work is impeccable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and waited for the unit to heat up to check for leaks and ensure proper temperature. Joe’s expertise, attention to detail, skill, cleanliness, and efficiency made this 24 hour emergency situation less stressful for our family. We are so grateful to him for the work he did to ensure we were taken care of as soon as possible. He also blessed us with another awesome discount. If we ever need your services again, we will absolutely be requesting Joe to assist us!

Zach did a wonderful job fixing our water valve leak. He was at my home less than an hour after I initially called. He took a look, replaced the parts, and even added a little door for easy access in the future so we don’t have to pay for a drywall fix. I thought it was such a great idea. He did a great job and roto rooter charged far less than the first company that quoted me. This is the second time roto rooter came through for me and I will definitely use them again

Great service!!! Anden (technician) was awesome.
Called Roto-Rooter to help with a tub clog after another company failed to show up. Roto gave me a same day quick window and kept me informed of technician's arrival time via text (pretty convenient).
Upon arriving, he gave me a quote and got to work right away. Problem was solved in less than 5 minutes!!!
Roto-Rooter Kapolei saved me the headache at a reasonable price. Thank you again Anden and team!
