So appreciative and pleased with Roto- Rooter’s customer service! Appointment scheduling was so easy online and the fact that they continuously followed through with phone calls throughout the morning letting me know estimated time of technician’s arrival. Our technician Dayne did such an amazing job! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the scope of work and executed the service quickly but efficiently! He was mindful of cleaning up the tub and made sure no mess/debris left behind. He provided first class customer service! Thank you for providing excellent service from start to finish! Definitely will call again for any future plumbing issues!

Zach did a wonderful job fixing our water valve leak. He was at my home less than an hour after I initially called. He took a look, replaced the parts, and even added a little door for easy access in the future so we don’t have to pay for a drywall fix. I thought it was such a great idea. He did a great job and roto rooter charged far less than the first company that quoted me. This is the second time roto rooter came through for me and I will definitely use them again

Great service!!! Anden (technician) was awesome.
Called Roto-Rooter to help with a tub clog after another company failed to show up. Roto gave me a same day quick window and kept me informed of technician's arrival time via text (pretty convenient).
Upon arriving, he gave me a quote and got to work right away. Problem was solved in less than 5 minutes!!!
Roto-Rooter Kapolei saved me the headache at a reasonable price. Thank you again Anden and team!

Zach Cardenas performed a fantastic job installing a new garbage disposal and a hot water heater. He was timely, efficient and effective. We would hire him for any plumbing jobs in the future. Beyond performing the work, he was able to provide us with estimates beforehand to decide what options we wanted. He showed us the difference in price between replacing our solar water heater and a new electric water heater. There was a significant difference.

Robert was the technician that did the install is my garbage disposal. He was on time, professional in every aspect, proficient, knowledgeable, and just an overall gentleman. Personable, easy to talk to, a polite listener, and zero upsell on anything. If I need any additional plumming work, I’ll be sure to ask for him!
