Robert came on time for appointment time. He looked around carefully to make sure this project wouldn’t creat another problem. He consulted about my needs at this moment and gave me options. He also explained clearly about other plumbing concerns my house is facing and advised me what I would have to work on in near future.
I don’t know the average price, so cannot say it was decent or expensive. It was little more than expected, but the work was something I couldn’t accomplish myself, so it was acceptable.
Everything went smoothly with no stress, so I’m happy☺️

I recently hired Roto Rooter to install a new shower fixture. The plumbers were very professional and courteous throughout the service and respected my home. The installation looks clean, functions perfectly. The pricing was fair and aligned with the initial estimate. Albert and Dallas from Roto-Rooter arrived promptly and, after a brief explanation of the issue, performed a few diagnostic checks under the sink before clearing the cleanout. They quickly determined that the sewer line needed to be hydro-jetted and provided a quote, which we agreed to.
After giving us the estimate, they returned to their shop to pick up the additional equipment needed to complete the job. They successfully cleaned the sewer line three times, showed us the debris that had been causing the blockage, and walked us through the sewer line with a camera so we could see the results for ourselves. Once the work was completed, they thoroughly cleaned the work area, cleaned up before leaving, and clearly explained the charges.
Albert and Dallas were both professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure we understood the work that was performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services and would not hesitate to call them again for future plumbing needs.

Would not recommend this company. Called for service to have a sink drain unclogged, no big rush just needed it fixed in the next day or two. Received a 4-hr arrival window for same day and thought "wow, these guys are really well organized and efficient".
Then the calls started, each one about 20 minutes before the expiration of the committed arrival window... "sorry our service techs are really busy, it's raining"... This went on all day, 4 calls total the first day and at 8pm the service had to get re-scheduled to the following day. Following morning, same pattern of apologetic calls, same excuse. Was annoyed but not too concerned as long as we would get the clogged drain taken care of soon. Another 4 apology calls throughout the day, service keeps getting delayed and pushed out.
Finally, after 48 hrs from the initial call a tech arrives, runs a snake device down the drain (5 minute visit) and presents a bill for just under $600. When asked why it's so expensive, the tech replies it was an emergency service...
I've not previously left a negative review for a business. We all have difficult days and sometimes things just go south. However, this experience was particularly offensive. I should have spent the time finding a local plumber. I've subsequently learned the going rate for this kind of service is less than half what we were invoiced for. Really regret not supporting one of our local businesses who are far better representatives of this community.
