PODS made our move incredibly smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent the entire time. Sarah, our moving manager, was responsive, friendly, and always ready to help troubleshoot and answer questions.
Josh handled both the drop-off and pickup of our pod in Minnesota, and he was professional, efficient, and very kind. On the Honolulu side, Tony, Richie, Dana, and Jay coordinated the drop-off and pickup of the empty pod and kept everything running seamlessly.
Our belongings arrived exactly as we packed them, nothing shifted in transit, nothing broke, and nothing was missing. The service felt extremely safe and convenient.
Even if I were moving locally, I would choose PODS over renting a truck. Having the pod right outside your door and delivered to your destination is simply the best moving concept. I’m grateful they operate across the United States and highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer service from the headquarters back east and especially the staff here on Oahu can’t highly recommend them enough! Drivers Dana and Sarina were very courteous and helpful and took great care unloading PODS here at my house as well as loading them back onto the truck. Also would like to thank the staff at Mililani , Jay, Richie and Tony for their efforts as well? Wish I could give a 10 star review instead of a five star, but that is not available in the ratings big Mahalo to the staff of pods!

Big shoutout to the PODS team in Mililani — Dana, Jay, Richie, Tony, and Sarina made our move seamless from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find a whole team that’s this on point. If you’re moving to or around Hawaii, these are the people you want handling your stuff. Will definitely use them again for any future moves. Five stars all the way!

Quick service the container arrived within the time they said they would deliver and very professional service with Dana the truck driver. Also jay richie and Tony was a great help too. I’d definitely use pods again just because of their professionalism.

Special shout out to Dana and her team Jay, Richie, and Tony. She was amazing at her job, she
completely knows what she was doing that includes maneuvering equipment in tighter spaces. I know their great teamwork made it all possible for the pod to arrive safely here. Thank you for your service.
