PODS made our move incredibly smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent the entire time. Sarah, our moving manager, was responsive, friendly, and always ready to help troubleshoot and answer questions.
Josh handled both the drop-off and pickup of our pod in Minnesota, and he was professional, efficient, and very kind. On the Honolulu side, Tony, Richie, Dana, and Jay coordinated the drop-off and pickup of the empty pod and kept everything running seamlessly.
Our belongings arrived exactly as we packed them, nothing shifted in transit, nothing broke, and nothing was missing. The service felt extremely safe and convenient.
Even if I were moving locally, I would choose PODS over renting a truck. Having the pod right outside your door and delivered to your destination is simply the best moving concept. I’m grateful they operate across the United States and highly recommend them.

Tony was so awesome! I went to my pod to add another item, but when we tried to open it, some of the roping was blocking the door from opening because of the way I packed and secured it. Tony took the time to re-rope my belongings and securing them properly. He also advised that I should ensure that when my pod is delivered that the driver opens the doors first before he leaves to ensure there is no issue. He educated me that sometimes they have to tilt the pod. He was so helpful and so kind, and I really appreciated his help and positive, kind attitude. He, Tim and Richie are a wonderful trio and you’re lucky to have them working for you!
