Tony was so awesome! I went to my pod to add another item, but when we tried to open it, some of the roping was blocking the door from opening because of the way I packed and secured it. Tony took the time to re-rope my belongings and securing them properly. He also advised that I should ensure that when my pod is delivered that the driver opens the doors first before he leaves to ensure there is no issue. He educated me that sometimes they have to tilt the pod. He was so helpful and so kind, and I really appreciated his help and positive, kind attitude. He, Tim and Richie are a wonderful trio and you’re lucky to have them working for you!

We had an excellent experience using this pod storage service from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and incredibly convenient. Scheduling drop-off and pick-up was easy, and the team (Dana/Jay/Richie/& Tony) were professional, friendly, and communicative every step of the way.
The pod itself was clean, spacious, and felt very secure. We appreciated how well it protected our belongings and how accessible everything was when we needed it. It truly made our transition stress-free and gave us peace of mind knowing our items were stored safely.
A special highlight for our family was that our son absolutely loved watching the drop-off and pick-up process — it turned an otherwise routine task into a fun and memorable experience for him.
