I will recommend M. Dyer to everyone I know. This is a fantastic moving service! Punctual. Great communication. Incredibly friendly. Very careful with our household goods. I felt like the moving crew really cared about my goods and feedback. They have a very fast and efficient process and were very flexible moving me out of a multi-story apartment. They packed very carefully and even cleaned things off before packing. They got the whole place packed several hours faster than other moving agencies had qouted me.
Zander, Heat, Larry, Bryan M, and John M are the best moving team I have ever had (and I've moved A LOT). Perfect score, no notes. If you're moving, go with M. Dyer Global.

I had the pleasure of being welcomed to the island by a company with true Aloha Spirit, a true moving & professional team! We were treated as family, or Ohana, with true respect & care. They took care of my family as if it was their own blood. They were not only quick & efficient but smart & always looking out for my items that had been shipped, quick to help me document any and everything I needed to. They were smart & knew how to professionally take care of people. I would highly recommend M. Dyer but the guys I had, are remarkable! Much Mahalo & a big thank you to Isaiah, Ronilo, Pono, Tyson, Zander, Palie, & Steven. A very supportive, helpful, & amazing team, with great logistical support team, who also stopped by to make sure we were taken care of! These are the true MVPs of moving & I cannot recommend them enough!
Make sure to plan ahead & give them 2-3 weeks for box pick up, if you're military, & get that service as well.

M Dyer Global just unpacked all of our stuff and did a fantastic job! Zander, TN, and Steven were very professional, communicative, and considerate when moving our stuff into our house. They talked us through the entire process and were extremely efficient in getting our house squared away! I highly recommend M Dyer Global for any moving needs, I will definitely be using them in the future!

I have used M.Dyer for many, many interstate moves (both ways between Hawaii, California, Texas and Washington) over decades. I've had items disappear (e.g., a new expensive woman's trench coat, a small framed Japanese print) and some damage and missing hardware, but for the most part I have.appreciated the reliability of the service. My current move back to Honolulu from Washington, though, has totally changed my view of the company. After my household goods were packed and trucked away in Seattle, I was asked to sign a revised Order of Service to that increased the rate per 100 pounds tremendously. If I had given that rate at the outset, there are articles that I certainly wouldn't have sent back home, and in any event no change of rate was authorized under the contract! I certainly expected a change in the estimated poundage after the pickup to reflect the actual poundage... that's standard ... but the change of rate was a shock. Even though the poundage had gone down from the M.Dyer estimate because I was careful about getting rid of things before my move, the cost increased over $1,000 because of the change in rate! And the worse part is that M. Dyer kept responding to my emails with misleading and deceptive information. I am really frustrated with the treatment I have received, and if M.Dyer keeps insisting that I pay the raised rate before I receive my delivery, it looks like legal action will be necessary. To say I'm disappointed after I have used their services for decades is obviously an understatement.
