I gave two stars because the dispatcher answered the phone immediately, they arrived quickly, and they provided an estimate right away. However, the pricing was unreasonable. They quoted me $1,100 to replace a garbage disposal. I got a second opinion from another local, licensed plumber who quoted me $450 for the exact same work. Fast service is nice, but I cannot recommend a company that quotes double the cost of another company.

Thomas was great. Stayed late when the work called for it. Knew how important it was we got the work done in a timely fashion. Exceeded our expectations. Will use him again and recommend to others

We were very happy with the service Emergency Plumbing and Solar provided. Our sewer backed up and two of our toilets overflowed. It was an awful nightmare. The first plumber who came by our home was Thomas. He checked the problem and asked where the drain cap was located. I didn’t know what that was because it was somewhere in our yard. He said the drain cap would solve the problem.He gave an estimate and the next morning Chase came with his assistant Kekoa. They located the pipe, dug approximately 3’ and installed a drain cap. Awesome service…..quick and the problem was solved in a couple of hours. I thought it was going to take all day. Mahalo to your company and employees. This customer is very happy.

The EPS team responded quickly to my call. Chase came out, gave us option, and quotes to me our budget and resolve the situation. There were no surprises. He did a great job, very professional, and kept me informed at every step of the project. I was 100% satisfied with the job and piece of mind knowing it was done right.

Excellent service. Plumbers took absolute care and replacements of the pipes that were cracked. They also made sure the surrounding pipes and clamps were good and corrected some pipes alignment at the same time. Customer service and appointments were fast and efficient. Would highly recommended them.
