ABSOLUTELY NO ALOHA! This place is a disgrace and has the nerve to even have Aloha in their name. Tim is the most unprofessional egotistical person I have ever met, a moving company should offer comfort and a sense of relief to their customers being that they are dealing with the task of moving somewhere new but do not expect that at all with this company. What you can expect is “fake friendly” service to your face while they re arrange and steal things from you behind your back. We had a very big international move and had many items missing, our couch was partially broken and on top of that the company they hired to deliver our items were very unprofessional.

An overseas military move can be pretty stressful but Levi, Justice and Tino made our pack up and out easy and did it well! They worked quickly but were very thorough. They took great care of our items and it was evident that they took pride in their work. I worked around them adding my own labels to what they packed and they would even remind me when a box or wrapped up was missing my own labels! They were neat in the house and garage and brought extra boxes and paper to fill our final crate to ensure no movement. They were personable and I felt like they let us get to know them, which is something I highly value when working with people. Our final large piece, which is a super heavy dresser, got some fun art work on her to put the finishing touches on the job! I would work with this trio again in a heartbeat!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. For the love of god, do not put yourself through the same misery and problems that I have. Learn from my mistakes, pay the extra money and go with a more trusted moving company. There's nothing "Aloha" about this company. Especially their sales agent; Tim. Who thought he was too high and mighty to answer questions, very unresponsive and last minute. Which is the last thing anyone needs when moving internationally. The best part of all is that the cheap ghetto moving company they hired in Spain broke a piece off my balcony. They fixed it with super glue... PS. Multiple expensive items were missing. THEY STEAL !!!

Completely unprofessional. We would have packed our own valuables if we knew we'd be MISSING MULTIPLE LARGE ITEMS from our move. Navy was moving us to the mainland back in October. 1 employee arrived 2 hours earlier than our scheduled move out time, luckily I was working at home then. When they FINALLY left our home they'd been there for over 10 hours (our house was 2 bed and 2.5 bath) and we don't have kids. Not only that but they also forgot to pack our dishes/cutlery and our Dyson vacuume. They only packed the vacuume attachments! Now that we're putting our stuff back together (ie. desks, etc.), we've learned that the screws and other parts are missing and/or damaged. And the cherry on top of it all - they packed my partner's wallet. With our stuff. Right before we had to board a plane. Writing this is making me frustrated with their team all over again.
My disappointment and anger about this moving experience is unacceptable and I only wish this to happen to my worst enemies.

Outstanding Service!
Relocating and moving your household can be stressful; the folks at Aloha International Moving were awesome! Our neighbors (Hickam AFB) moved out a few months before we did and referred us to Aloha International Moving Services. Our new neighbor noticed the excellent care the crew took with our household goods and came out and gave a personal shout-put to the crew!
From the first call and consult with Mr. Tim McAllister to pick-up day (November 2022) and finally to arrival of Household Goods this morning, the entire crew showed professionalism and were courteous and patient with us.
Due to the nature of our relocation, we had to reschedule a couple of times while awaiting start date at the new job. Rescheduling was as simple as a phone call! No hassle and no fees. Tim was very responsive and communicated with us.
Moving day was also smooth and the crew actually made it painless and stress free.
Our HHGs arrived about 8 weeks from pickup day (Hawaii to Texas).
All items arrived safely and were in the same condition as the day they were packed!!
We are so happy with our choice in moving company. Thank you Aloha International for taking care of our move!
