Spoke with 2 people from this company: Hailey (dispatcher) and Ryan (technician). Hailey was great at keeping me informed about timelines and when the technician would be arriving as well as post service communication. Ryan was organized, worked quickly and efficiently, and patient. He walked my mother and I through different options about the scope of work and inspecting around the home. I called about some corroded toilet shut-off valves and he left left them like new. Great job. Very satisfied. The before picture shows the pipes covered in green corrosion. The after picture looks new with a 1/4 turn valve.

Reynaldo and Cody worked ALL DAY and into the evening to replace our toilet and laundry sink fixtures. They made a new sewer and water line for the slightly relocated toilet. We have an old post and pier house and they worked like champs to put in the new lines and Toto one-piece, comfort height toilet. We are really happy with the quality and speed of service. This is the second time All Aloha Plumbing has done work on our house, and we will keep using them.

Thank you for the quick response in strapping down our water heaters. We received friendly services from the ladies at the front office to the technician CJ. Also, we appreciated that we were always updated on when a technician was on their way or of any delays. CJ was friendly & great in giving information & answering any of my husband’s questions. He even went an extra step in checking if the water heater pump was working properly. He was very fast in completing the job.
We would definitely call your company again & will refer you to family & friends! Mahalo!

All Aloha Plumbing was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy the booking process was. Hailey and Christin were both friendly & efficient with dispatch + communication throughout the process.
Hoku was my plumbing technician & he took the time to explain my different plumbing options in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the issue and worked efficiently while making sure I felt informed every step of the way.
