Bill was amazing. Quick, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable.
Pua was also amazing with communicating and scheduling. Someone was supposed to come fix our issue yesterday but was unable to show, Pua made sure to communicate that so we weren’t waiting all day.

I called A-1 Budget Plumbing this morning and Justin came this afternoon!
He initially came to fix my leaking toilet tank, then I asked if he could check my basin faucet. He was so patient and such a super kind person. I got my toilet fixed and a brand new faucet too!!! He had all the parts he needed for the job in his van!
Mahalo plenty Justin. I appreciate you! And to the woman I spoke with on the phone who fit me in today, big Mahalo.
