the sales pitch seemed like the right roof for Hawaii residents - roof went on nicely and looked great - several years later there was lots of rust which their warranty said would never happen - Gerard Roofing absolutely did not honor their warranty and would not stand behind their product to make repairs. We have just had to AGAIN replace rusted roofing material with zero help from Gerard. Beware!!
