I had a great experience working with FBC Roofing. Michael Reynolds was super. He came to the home and walk us through their services and helped me a lot in working with my Insurance company. Once the scope of work and related cost and coverages were verified which included code upgrades, the process continued with selection of materials and color, etc.
The installation went very smoothly. The mainly Waianae Leeward coast boys worked well as a team and made sure to avoid obstacles such as the cable lines and everyone knew what they were doing. Any wood repairs were done nicely. They completed the roofing work in one day and cleaned up very well and made sure any waste was disposed of properly.
The roof looks great with no issues. I would highly recommend FBC Roofing for any roofing needs you may have.

This company over charges from $5000 to $10,000 minimum more than the reputable long time roofing companies that have been around in Hawaii for decades. They are responsible for increases in sub-association fees that have tripled after they went around multiple subdivisions on Oahu and falsely claimed that a homeowner’s roof is damaged. Some lolos fell for it without even checking the roof. We had reputable roofing companies come out with drones and didn't find the damages FBC claimed though after it was brought to attention, suddenly those rooftops were heavily damaged after FBC made another visit to those homes. They are a rip off and scam

I was nervous about getting a new roof, but the team at FBC Roofing gave me the best experience I’ve had in months. From the friendly phone call to the day the crew arrived, everything was organized and professional. They walked me through the shingle roof options, explained the process, and answered all my questions about roofing services. The installation was quick, clean, and the finished roof looks amazing. I love how the shingles line up perfectly and how quiet the house is inside now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roofing contractor or roof repair
