We had an unknown leak in our master bathroom. Rob was awesome in finding the leak and fixing the plumbing. He also fixed our upstairs shower that had been leaking.
Cain and Buckey were excellent in checking for moisture in the walls and floor. They were persistent in checking every day, making sure everything was drying out well.

We had no idea Roto Rooter did so many types of fixes!!! They responded quickly and once they arrived, put us at ease with their free initial quote and then proceeded to offer a solution at a great price. David Ramos and Carlos Silva both came to our property and worked our blockage problem. They solved with a second snake and kept me apprised of the progress and I was able to see the camera on the snake. They cleared my clog and I was able to continue with renovations. They were professional, hard working and friendly. They were so good that I called in again asking for some plumbing help. Chris Schutte came out late on a Sunday evening and assisted us with a plumbing issue. He provided excellent service and gave us his opinion that put us at ease. Because he only looked, he did not charge us. We have had only exemplary service from your Oahu Roto Rooter Team and we will call you guys if we have any plumbing or remediation needs. Mahalo to David, Carlos and Chris for the excellent service and job completion.

So appreciative and pleased with Roto- Rooter’s customer service! Appointment scheduling was so easy online and the fact that they continuously followed through with phone calls throughout the morning letting me know estimated time of technician’s arrival. Our technician Dayne did such an amazing job! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the scope of work and executed the service quickly but efficiently! He was mindful of cleaning up the tub and made sure no mess/debris left behind. He provided first class customer service! Thank you for providing excellent service from start to finish! Definitely will call again for any future plumbing issues!

Our plumber did 10 out of 10 all around job!! He was super friendly and a local! Gave us a the best price possible and came quickly after I reached out. He fixed the concern quickly too and did a triple cleaning to make sure!! I would highly recommend Dayne!! Mahalo nui for everything!!

Zach was excellent! He showed up on time, was very respectful, friendly, and courteous, explained the work that needed to be done and was upfront with the estimate, worked in a timely manner and checked his work to make sure everything was good! The final price was as he stated in the beginning and there were no random upcharges. Would highly recommend to family and friends!
