Robert Gracie from Roto-Rooter did a phenomenal job. He took the time to explain every detail of the issue and clearly advised us on the repair options. He went to great lengths to help us and provided a very reasonable price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us through the situation. His workmanship was very clean and professional. He was also great at “talking story,” which made the whole experience even better. We had a leaking toilet and needed to have the flange repaired. Zach from Roto-Rooter was courteous and thorough. He tested our pipes and used a scope to confirm what the issue was, and used a machine to inspect the ceiling below for moisture. He was able to fix it within an hour and his price was 1/3 of our previous plumber’s quote. Zach was neat and tidy- even folded up the towels that were on the floor. He was honest and respectful and because of our experience with him, I will call Roto-Rooter for future plumbing needs.

Rob Gracie is awesome! He came to see us in Ewa Beach from a previous job in Kaneohe, even while the recent Kona storm was happening. A copper pipe from our solar water heater had pinhole leaks, and he was able to give us a temporary fix while we waited out the storm. Rob offered us the option to replace the copper pipe, to also service the solar water heater, and to install a water softening system. My wife and I were already on the fence about getting the water softener, it's like he already knew what we were thinking. He was very meticulous, informative and proffesional. I am very happy with the services provided, and I feel like we had made an excellent investment toward my family's quality of life. Mahalo.

Plumber Joe Gasmen provided exceptional and timely service to inspect and repair our main water line. He explained needed repairs and saved us a considerable amount of money by explaining our options. This is the third year since 2024 that Joe has done our annual backflow inspection. Timely, professional and completed in a friendly and efficient manner! GREAT SERVICE!
