Awesome service and great work. CJ went into the attic worked on replacing the poly b with copper. He did it in a timely manner and the work came out fantastic. Will definitely have them again for future plumbing needs. Thanks again 👍

This company is terrible, don't waste your time or money. To be clear, Joseph the plumber with All Aloha Plumbing gets 5 stars -- he's professional, efficient, and patient, and if his dispatcher hadn't screwed him with the scheduling issues I'll detail below, I would have happily had him fix my plumbing issue. Mark the dispatcher and the phone operators at All Aloha are the problem. I called on Tuesday to schedule a plumber for Thursday morning. Mark called back and said Thursday afternoon would be better because the morning was fully booked, or he could do Friday morning. I repeated that I needed Thursday morning, both via text and over the phone and provided my reasons: I needed to depart my condo NLT 4pm on Thursday so I needed a morning appointment. More importantly, my building maintenance had told me a building water shut-off was required for the work I needed done, and I'd gotten lucky that a cancelation opened a spot in the schedule on Thursday. The water shut-off schedule is booked out for months, so the work had to happen Thursday or I needed to go with another company. Mark said he understood and would schedule me for the 10am-12pm slot and would call me 30-45 minutes before the tech was due to arrive. I took notes, read back that exact info, and he confirmed that was all correct. Thursday at 11:30am, I still hadn't heard from All Aloha, so I called and the woman who answered said the tech was running behind but I was prioritized to be next on the list and she would have dispatch call me for an update. 30 minutes later, still no call, so I called back. Mind you, it's 12pm, the latest the tech was supposed to arrive. I spoke with the same lady, who says "Oh no, I'm looking at the schedule and you're actually down for 1-3pm today." I'd already had a bad feeling that Mark was lying when he said he'd give me a morning slot, and this confirmed it for me. I told her the building water shut-off I had scheduled with the building AND PAID FOR, and was otherwise unavailable again for MONTHS, ended at 3pm, I needed to leave by 4pm, and I never would have agreed to an afternoon appointment. Moreover, I had to take a day off work to deal with this. She eventually called the tech and confirmed he was close by and wrapping up a job and would be at my place within 30-45 minutes. By the time he arrived, he was able to confirm the problem causing the leak, but was concerned that underlying issues that could arise as he was working may extend the labor past the 3pm water shut-off limit and my 4pm departure. Overall, a giant waste of time and money (I still had to pay the dispatch fee) that could have been avoided if All Aloha scheduling and dispatch were doing their jobs.

Austin was able to come out same day and complete the work the same day. Made sure everything was up to code. Everything was water and pressure tested. He was able to install 2 new hose bibs for easier functionality for me. He was also able to address my issue for my toilets. He went ahead and replaced 2 fill valves and 2 angle valves feeding both toilets. Everything was completed in a timely manner with no leaks. Austin was such a great technician and I would highly recommend this company!

Just had my faucet replaced this past Friday. Did the cost make me feel all warm and fuzzy? Nope. But did the quality of work make me feel like it was worth the price? Hell yes. Keep reading to see why I still give them a five star rating. I initially put out a Yelp RFQ to see if I could get some pricing on this install and what I received was atrocious. I received flat rate quotes that seemed reasonable but then I had to provide ALL the parts and materials; I received quotes that were not quotes at all; I received messages that refused to even give me a ballpark number. However, when All Aloha Plumbing showed up, I decided to give them a try. The first thing that popped out was how responsive they were - automated, AI, or real person, I appreciated the swiftness. Then, I got the phone call within an hour to schedule. The lady at the other end was very accommodating with my tight schedule. The time was mine and they were going to work with it. Scheduling was easy peasy lemon squeezy - the receptionist was very understanding and so was the assigned tech, especially when I was running a bit late. Honestly, the price was the scariest part of this experience - I was not expecting it to cost that much (let alone as a new homeowner). I was very tempted to cheapen out and bring out the ole "why am I paying this much for a job that takes 15 minutes to do?!" diatribe. But I decided against since as an IT guy, I also receive the same statements from customers and even management alike, "Why do we even pay them so much? They don't do anything but sit at their computer!" After seeing the breakdown of pricing, I understood why the price was the way it was. And honestly, take all the parts together and they easily equal to half the total price after taxes. Now, take the remaining amount and add in a reasonable hourly rate and what remains is the most interesting part of this service: Three Year Warranty. I hope never to use it but having that peace of mind is worth it. Ultimately, they do need to make profit and I have no issue with that. Price is trumped by excellent customer service, transparency, and honesty. After watching the tech, Shaq(sp?) work for four hours to install my faucet, p-trap, angle valves, and pop-up (the age of the old stuff caused some difficulties resulting in the hand saw coming out), I can tell you right now I would not in a million years do this as DIY without causing myself thousands of dollars of damage in the process. Shaq was very knowledgeable and had the skills to prove it. He also helped me find my shut off valve for my unit (woes of a new homeowner) as well as gave me some tips and tricks if I ever need to perform future DIY in the future. His ability to react and adjust to challenges is a huge plus and added to what made me forget how much I was paying, haha. And honestly, I have never seen someone quadruple check their work to ensure there were no leaks or unseen issues before leaving at 8PM on a FRIDAY night. Ultimately, I chose to with All Aloha Plumbing because of their customer service, transparency, and they show pride in the work they do. Definitely will use them again when I replace my shower and kitchen sink plumbing, and hopefully Shaq gets assigned that project!
