Military move here & This place unpacked our household goods and I RECOMMEND TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They arrived with three teenage boys and an old man looking over them. They didn’t unpack almost anything and took almost all day to build beds , and tried to leave without finishing and once we said something they started arguing in front of us. We still have multiple items needing to be unpacked and built. Multiple boxes & gym equipment , I could go on. Please stop being lazy oh and one of the workers asked my husband for a tip. I will make sure to let the coordinator know, this place should be embarrassed.

While the packers were fast. They failed to use wardrobe boxes for my husband dress uniforms.
They overpacked a lot of our belongings. This appeared go be a rush job for them. I wouldn’t recommend them to another military family due tothe carelessness. In addition they failed to protect my washing machine drum.
While I allowed them to use my restroom. One left my bathroom smelling rancid. I would suggest them to be respectful of your people private spaces.

We thought this was going to be a great experience using this company PCSING from Hawaii to Colorado The three gentlemen were polite. We bought them coffee, breakfast and Gatorade because they were working so hard and quickly. This was day 1.Day 2 they seemed to take many more breaks and moved slower though it was less to pack. Okay, still not a big deal. We thought it was a tad off they literally took apart EVERYTHING in our house. I even asked, should you be taking all that apart, it was packed like that moving to Hawaii. They assured us that was the way it should be done and to not worry. We just got our household goods today and I want to cry. Our couch is completely broken from them taking it apart. My record player that was given to me by family was packed with hand weights, completely destroyed. Who does that!? Tons of our furniture is scratched and dinged. We just started unpacking and I'm scared what else I may come across. I do NOT recommend this company. Yes, they are fast but your house hold goods will be destroyed.

They were all professional and took care of my stuff. They didn’t skimp on protecting anything either, even my big stuff was well wrapped. I had a motorcycle and it stayed upright and secure the whole time. Made unpacking at the new place easy. Only bad thing was they will literally wrap anything, I had an appliance that had water In it and they wrapped the entire thing, so don’t forget to empty stuff like that. In all, I took care of them so they took care of me essentially.

I was assigned this company for a military move last month. On day 1, they were late to arrive. I decided to let that go as I know times are super busy for moving companies. However, when the three man team arrived I was immediately concerned. The team that came did a walk around the house with me and acted completely blown away by the amount of stuff we had. The estimated has been 6,000lbs. They kept insisting that we had easily 12-13lbs of stuff. I disagreed and told them we had, at the max, 7500 (which turned out to be accurate by the company's weight check).
What followed was a two day pack up (scheduled as one) of the moving team asking what items we didn't want, seeing if we "were planning on keeping this" when it came to several items, and extended lunches which ultimately led to team members laying on my floor watching Netflix or straight up sleeping. Awesome.
At the end of day 1, I had my son and my wife sitting in our rental car for 2 hours so there would be a clear path for the team to move furniture to the truck. However, after an entire day of "working" they failed to realize that the four crates they brought (with one broken) wouldn't hold all of our stuff. At this point it's 6pm and they are all sitting on my lawn chairs in the front yard with my belongings on the driveway, nothing packed.
I had to address this with them directly. They told me that my stuff wouldn't fit in the truck and they needed an additional truck, but they didn't know when one would show up. They finally decided to load what they had into the truck, but had to call their boss to get approval for a second day. I've never been asked to convince aoving team's boss that they needed more time.
The next day they showed up an hour late and took forever to get everything loaded. One team member was great and packed virtually the entire second floor himself, but the other gave him attitude the entire time as he sat around and accomplished nothing. I plan to submit a formal complaint and sincerely hope no other military families have to deal with this terrible experience in the future.
