My issue with this corporation is not how the movers handled my items on the date of delivery. I was told by the main office they will not send anyone to pick up my empty boxes after the movers said otherwise. I’ve called multiple times to speak to a manager and, surprisingly, they’re never available. This puts me in the spot of having to discard the boxes myself in which this should be the responsibility of Covan World-Wide Moving Inc. If this company wasn’t chosen by the military, I most definitely would not have selected them for their business. Looking at the other reviews, the military should end their contract and select a different moving company.

They have actively stole all my things. And they making it seems like they tracking it. Not true

Below zero star! Do not ever use this company! They will not care for your items. They do not wrap things when they put them in boxes. When they were on the loading end I had to have someone removed from my home because I watched him throw my glass picture frames into boxes. He broke 9 of them that I saw on pack out. I am on the receiving end today and we have thousands!!! In damage. Broken TV, broken computer, broken vanity, broken bed, broken refrigerator. This is not a joke! Stay away from this company! Almost forgot, there was water damage in 5 of the crates and ALL of the signed seals were broken or missing.

WORST movers EVER! They scheduled 3 days to pack all of our things, the first two days one person came alone and barely got one quarter of the garage done. The person showed up at 10 AM the first day but left by noon, the second day, same person came by 10:30 and again left by noon. On the last day they were scheduled to move us they showed up late because they could not get people on base. They were supposed to be there at 8 and showed up after 10 AM. They asked us to sign them in to the base. We did not do this obviously, but for them to expect this is inappropriate and unprofessional. Because they did nothing the first two days, they had the whole house to pack in less than one day. They did not finish until 2:30 AM!! It was 10 people, throwing our things in boxes, in a hurry and without care. After signing paper work and them sealing crates they were out of there at 3:00 AM. THREE IN THE MORNING! INSANE!
They were in such a hurry to get everything done A-LOT of our things are broken. Many things that were fragile were thrown into boxes with heavy things set a-top of them WITH NO PACKING material. Countless items arrived broken. Canvas art was stacked on top of one another with no barrier between each, when I unpacked them, the paintings were stuck together and all of them dented/indented with the canvas stretched and ruined, to include a painting that was old and precious to me. I have no doubt that this company will be sloppy and careless with your treasured items. Do not trust them to get your items to their destination in one piece. We have been doing this for 20 years and NEVER have so many items arrived broken, mangled and mishandled. I would give them negative stars if it were possible. They do not deserve even one. I advise you to seek a different moving company!

Absolutely horrible. Late every day they were scheduled. On the first day they only sent one man to do the garage, (seems to be common practice with them). They repeatedly tried to close off rooms and say they were done but when I went to look they still had tons of things to still be packed. Very frustrating. Now that I'm unpacking in my new location I have found the parts box was nearly empty because they decided to quit using it but the parts are no where to be found for my items to be built. Things were half disassembled so they broke in transport. They had a cabinet filled with glass items with NO paper or packing, they just taped it shut and called it good. No surprise things were broken inside... there were several boxes filled with tons of paper and one (yes one) item. There is no organization what so ever for their labeling. Many boxes had no labels or numbers on them, others were labeled one thing but the inventory sheet said it was another. This had made it extremely difficult to unpack because the box you think is your living room is actually filled with things from your garage. Avoid this company at all costs.
